About / Colophon

Hello.

I build tools and operating systems for creative work, mostly from Taipei.

I am interested in the point where software, language, and human judgment meet.

Most of my work starts with a practical question: how can a team move with less friction without flattening the judgment that makes the work good? I build small systems, test them in the mess of real work, and keep notes on what survives contact.

This site is the public edge of that notebook. Essays hold the ideas that have earned structure. Zettels keep the smaller observations moving. The shelf and project log show some of the inputs and outputs in between.
